Call your doctor!: again if you have to let them know it's not working, and see if an x-ray is needed or not. Depending on how you bumped it, and what vector forces went into it will affect your recovery. Get a 2nd opinion from a neuromuscular medicine specialist (DO-osteopathic doctor) who can assess, and treat you, and decompressing your neck and spine after your x-ray's done.Good Luck!
