The kid who is not knocked out or disoriented & confused @ the time of the injury is probably fine. I try to keep them on their normal nap/sleep schedule and visit them with a flashlight while sleeping to check. If sleeping well, leave her alone. Kids will start barfing if problem is coming.

Observation is recommended and a cool pack usually is effective in reducing swelling. If there is any change, including behavior change please follow up with your Pediatrician.
