Make time : A social and active lifestyle is of out most importance during medical school. At least 30-60 minutes a day/5 days a week. The mind cannot grown to its potential if it's host, the body, is not well taken care of. From my personal experience, individuals who maintained a balanced social & active lifestyle during medical school excelled not only during but also after medical school.
