Check wiht OB: While in general Cetirizine is ok to take during pregnancy, you should really as a rule discuss all medicines you take during pregnancy with your ob, whether they be prescription or over-the-counter. And yes, it can reduce your milk production, but that is only if you are taking it when you are actually nursing, so that is not really a concern at 17 weeks gestation. Breath easy!
