When a mother (with milk allergy) becomes pregnant. can she get an allergic reaction when producing breast milk, when it contains casein and whey protein?

There is a difference. Those allergic to bovine (cow) milk are allergic to the bovine protein. A woman is not allergic to the human milk proteins she produces including it component parts.
