Allergies: They do cause tiredness and drowsiness. I recommend its use in the evenings every day during allergy season. Check with your physician to see if fexofenadine is an alternative.

Occasionally I take Montelukast/Levocetrizine 10/5 mg med. for allergy, next day drowsiness, groggy feeling occur throughout day makes me unable to function .I can stay partly asleep whole day, the effect is so bad. Is there any alternative medicine?
