If you are ovulating: As long as you are ovulating, and having intercourse during the time of ovulation, then yes you can conceive. The thickness of the lining of the uterus will vary during the cycle (right after menses, it is usually thinner; gets thicker right before menses). It is hard to say whether or not you are ovulating based on the information available. If not getting regular menses then prob not ovulating.
