That is impossible: To say but the answer to solving it easy. You need about 10 days of 5-10 mg of Medroxyprogesterone to organize the lining and have an orderly withdrawel bleed. You may not ovulate regularly and not produce much of your own progesterone, responsible for orderly withdrawel bleeding. Look up pcos, it may fit u; if so metformin may be a good drug. Good luck.

May not: Bleeding for four weeks and still having a thick lining may require some medication like Progesterone in order to shed the remainder of the lining. You may not have ovulated that cycle therefore no Progesterone was made.
