Can my constant flu symptoms-body aches and fatigue- for past 5 mos. mean cancer? Had many negative blood tests, only shows occasional low platelets.

Terrible chills, soaking sweats. Have normal cbc, cxr, metabolic panel. Flu test neg. Blood cx neg so far (24 hours). Have had 3 days. Only other symptoms is cough. Any thoughts? How long chills?
Is this the flu? I've got almost all the symptoms (102 temp, chills/sweats, muscle aches, extreme fatigue, nasal congestion) but cough was originally productive. It's now dry today.
I did all blood tests, everything is clear. I dont have any allergy, coronavirus or flu. I get low grade fever and body pain and fatigue everyday from 40 days. In the morning i am so good But later around 2pm or evening these symptoms starts.
