In november i had flu, received antibiotics. the one night i couldn't eat stupid me i drank the antibiotics, i vomited and had stomach runnings for almost a week since january 2020 most of the time theres blood on the tissue and my rectal is itching.

...including stool..: Sounds like there could be other issues like intestinal Parasites or other Gastrointestinal problems. Best to see the PCP for Physical Exam including stool testing.

Get checked: If there is blood in the stool this must be taken seriously. you should get examined. if there is rectal itching you likely have a hemorrhoid, however better be safe and get evaluated
