UTI& aches &pains: Most Urinary infection cause urinary symptoms and some can cause constitutional symptoms like fever, headache,tiredness and aches and pains all over body.That only happens when the infection has spread to the blood stream and is called Urosepsis.We can not tell you what is causing your symptoms with bladder&kidney infection,as we don't have enough information.I suggest you consult your doctor
