Don't scratch: Ant bites usually appear as a small red bump. There is sometimes a small blister in the middle, and depending on the type of ant, there can be swelling. Try not to scratch; as this will only serve to increase the symptoms. You can use Hydrocortisone cream topically and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) orally to help control the itching. Good luck and try to avoid the ants in the future.
