Few days: An ant bite can heal in a few days, but it will take longer than that if it is a fire ant bite, or many bites. Use ice, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and ibuprophen for relief. A vid scratching or you can get an infection.

No set time : Varies depending on the insect / mite. Try using a Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Hydrocortisone type of cream. If problem persists see your physician. Hope this helps.
