Yes: Try small meals, low fat, with minimum of liquids consumed with the meal. Add Amino Acid supplement glutamate. Sometimes adding a tablespoon of cider vinegar before the meal helps the digestion of fats. Be sure you have been tested for diabetes or bowel disorders if the problem is long-standing.
