My dr. put me on nexium (esomeprazole) for acid reflux! can it cause pain all over my abdomin?

It should not.: There are some cases of worsening of abdominal pain/cramping after taking nexium (esomeprazole).But if the pain is all over or worsening, go to the urgent care or er right away. Notify your dr as well. Avoid caffeine, soda, alcohol, spicy foods etc. Hope u feel better!
