Several: Avoidance: if the allergen can be identified, measures to avoid it are best (if practical) medications: there are many over the counter and prescription medications that can decrease the severity of allergies to get to feeling better. Allergy injections: the best long term treatment for allergies that changes the immune system to decrease symptoms leading to less medications.
