Possible to have:: Stiffness which hasn't fully resolved, other causes can be tendonitis, or bursitis or arthritis, as all these 3 can occur despite complete recovery from the rc injury. Rarely it could be a neck injury or lesion that is responsible for your symptoms. Talk it over with your orthopod.
