Can't say: Need to know what the injury was. Best bet is to check with your doc first before you reinjure it. I usually recommend to cont. With lower extremity cardio workout as long as the arm stays protected.

Arm exercise : Yes you should be able to do bicep and tricep exercise. Avoid overhead exercise that might hurt the cuff.
