Possibly: If pressure in the vaginal barrel causes trauma to the urethra it can evoke uti. But there are many other possibilities. Some women are more prone to such infections because of changes in the acidity of the vagina, diabetes, the colonization of the labial areas by fecal bacteria, and so on. An infectious diseases expert might be helpful.
