Many things: Recurrent urinary tract infections frequently occur in women. Often it occurs after sex and if so can be prevented by post coital antibiotic administration. Incomplete emptying of the bladder can cause recurrent uti's as can wiping yourself from anus towards vagina after defication. Stones or structural abnormalities of the urinary tract ia another cause. Get checked out by md. Get renal echo.
