Some Ideas: First, buy healthy snacks that are as easy to grab as the bad ones. If you are truly hungry, eat those snacks. If you are eating because you are bored or it is habit, find another activity to replace it with - maybe take a short walk or do some housework when you first get home. I know I do best when i resist the urge to just sit down when i first get home and just keep moving!
