Portion control: The key is to use portions to control how much you eat. Instead of eating out of boxes and bags, put a serving size (info on package) into a container, and when you're done with that serving, stop! also, have protein rich snacks to reduce cravings. One of the problems with snacking on carbs...It's never enough until you're stuffed!
