Yes BUT check first: Since someone with lupus can have organ inflammation, and this would need to be treated aggressively, you should at least be seen at the student health clinic and get basic lab including cbc, chemistry panel, and urinalysis. And talk with the practioner there to decide if it is safe to wait until you can see a rheumatologist.

No: There really aren't any "home remedies" for lupus aside from avoiding sun exposure, adequate rest, and a healthy diet. Don't be your own doctor. Does your school have a student health service? You should see a physician who can do a proper histroy and physical exam as well as ordering needed labs. Many people hve suspicious symptoms, few of them actually have lupus.
