Not always!: Milk is a good food when you need it. So it is essential for the growing babies. It is not that important for the grown ups. The good thing about milk is it contains good nutrition in the form of good proteins but it also contains saturated fat which is not good for adults. So best way to use the good and leave out the bad is to use low fat or skimmed milk which gives you the best value it offers.
