Five hours after glycerin suppository and 2tsp of milk of mag, my 7 year old daughter has no bm. she's in a lot of pain, recommendations?

See doctor or ED: Your daughter needs medical evaluation. Although unlikely, appendicitis or other serious condition may exist requiring surgical intervention. More likely she is impacted with stool. She may need medical therapy involving stool softeners orally or by ng tube if she can't take the volume orally, and enemas. Please take her to the local emergency department or your doctor as soon as possible.
