Muscle: We recommend limiting carbs and increasing protein in your diet. A good way to do this is to drink protein shakes. I use whey protein powder with almond milk and add frozen strawberries and a little peanut butter, blend, and....A nice smoothie. Weight lifting and good cardio are also critical but diet is the key. Don't put anything in your mouth your body doesn't "need".
