Is it possible for a benign tumor in breast to cause swollen lymph nodes ?

Post-Biopsy: Benign breast tumors cannot "spread" outside the breast, so they will not cause lymph node enlargement. However, if one has a breast biopsy, the inflammation caused by the biopsy can temporarily enlarge some lymph nodes.
