I had a ct scan and the doctor said i have swollen lymph nodes in my lungs, pancreas and breast. what can cause that?

Possible Lymphoma: Multiple area of enlarged lymph nodes may be related to lymphoma which a malignancy of the lymph glands or could be a spread of a malignancy from a primary source. A proper physical exam and biopsy usually will come up with the proper diagnosis.
