Anti-itch remedies: Moisturize with a non-perfumed product-good examples are cetaphil, vaseline, lubriderm. Shower with lukewarm water. Avoid allergens from clothing/foods/cosmetics/laundry products. Topically, use 1% Hydrocortisone ointment and orally use 25 mg Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at bedtime. If symptoms do not resolve, then you may need prescription topical meds and your physician needs to rule out other underlying disorders.

Antihistamines: Try using otc Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tablets. You can also try using Cortaid or other Hydrocortisone 1% creams to help. If this does not help, see a dermatologist.
