Itchy private parts : There are several possibilities here including pinworms, urinary tract infection and vaginitis. I would see your doctor soon to figure it out. In the mean time - no soap or cleansers only water in private parts. Add 1 cup white vinegar to the bathtub water once a week for a month (helps change the ph and makes the area less sensitive) and teach her to wipe front to back better. Best wishes.
