Fast food: has little nutrition and lots of chemicals. Poor nutrition raises the risk of many types of illnesses. Please consider at least steaming vegetables daily and some fruit and protein such as eggs and cheese. These can be quick and easy and far better than boxed goods. Peace and good health.
