Confusing labels: "All natural" can mean a lot of things. Organic means the animal also ate organic feed. If you are so inclined to more natural eating, go with hormone free and antibiotic free. I do see that you marked that you smoke - this is a proven health risk in terms of cancer, I suggest you focus on this primarily...
