A member asked:

Doctors can you tell me how often should you bathe an infant with eczema?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Infrequent or not: There are two schools of thought. One is infrequent bathing to avoid drying out the skin with baths no more than every other day and maybe less often. The other approach is more frequent but brief baths in tepid water to hydrate the skin. The key is frequent use of moisturizering cream. An allergist or dermatologist can help determine which approach is best for your infant.
