Good Skin Hygiene: Apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream 1-2 times per day. For eczema flares apply prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear (low dose for face). Aquaphor can be applied to face at night before bed and left on the face overnight to promote healing and prevent moisture loss. See Allergist or Dermatologist for more details.
