Moisturize: Baby eczema is a fairly common condition. Typical first-line measures include better skin hygiene. Bath daily in lukewarm water then apply fragrance-free moisturizer generously right afterward. Good moisturizers include brands like Vanicream, Cetaphil, or Eucerin. If eczema fails to respond to moisturizers talk to your doctor about topical corticosteroid treatments.
