No: The clinical course of measles has 3 stages a. Incubation period at least eight days while asymptomatic b. Prodrome stage; symptomatic and c. Skin rashes; 5 days after the onset of symptoms an individual with measles can spread the disease to others for about 8 days; starting 4 days before the symptoms appears and ending when the rash has been present for 4 days.
