How precise is a stress test when my heart rate didn't go very high?

Stress test: It depends on what the test was and how much work load you achieved. If you did a very high work load and still had a low heart rate, that's good. If only low load, low rate not much information.

I have echo, stress test, ekg, holter monitor, all normal. I still feel my heart rate is too high while exercising. typically even with light to brisk walk, heart rate goes to 140 to 155. Resting is typically 70 to 80. Is this just normal?
