Out of shape: Normal is defined as a 10% drop in heart rate during the first recovery minute (called the heart rate recovery time). So, if your hr was 150, is should be 135 by r1 (recovery minute +1). If it did this, that part of your test is okay but you may not be in a state of good physical fitness, the usual cause of slow overall recovery.
