Heart rate: maximum heart is 220-age, thus 220-41 =179, maximum heart for a 41 y/o should be 179; however during a stress test, the test is stopped when the person reached 85% of the maximum heart rate, unless the person feels fine and want to continue on the thread mill ( 0.85X 179= 124)
