Hormones: The hormone levels and changes of pregnancy are tremendous and can cause mood disturbances. Sometimes, realizing that these mood swings are normal can be reassuring in and of itself. Try exercise or yoga.

Difficult to say: Check and see if you're on any medicines that would alter your emotions. As one matures, we're able to control our emotions better. May want to consider meditation or any of the eastern arts that help with calming your emotions.
