Where is Ur Cancer?: Inoperable means the tumor is too advanced to remove or to be beneficial to get it removed. Depending on the organ where the tumor started, systemic chemotherapy may be the next best option to shrink the tumor. This may make it operable. Your Oncologist can guide you further. You should go see a medical oncologist besides your surgeon.
