It is a filler: It is one of most popular fillers for fuller lips or smile line correction. Restylane (dermal fillers) is my favorite filler for sunken eyelids or dark circles around eye area. It is very safe because hyaruronidase can dissolve Restylane (dermal fillers) away in case you don't like.

Volumizer: Restylane (dermal fillers) is a "filler" made of hyaluronic acid that is injected into the dermis (skin portion) to re-establish volume that people lose as they age. It is most useful in the nasolabial folds and marionette lines to smoothen transitions within the face. This leads to a more youthful appearance with no surgical downtime and minimal to no bruising.
