What is relieve pain after a knee replacement?

R.I.C.E: Initially after surgery, rx pain medication will be required. Afterwards, nsaid's and tylenol (acetaminophen) will help, along with ice and elevation. Gentle excercises for rom will also help with the swelling. Hang in there, it will get better week by week.
