What would help?: Are you so depressed that it makes it physically impossible for you to talk? Is it something else? Despite the fact that you are unable to physically talk about your depression, there are therapists who understand this problem and can help. Look into local resources: www.Dbsanewjersey.Org. If you need a more specific answer, please don't hesitate to ask again. Best wishes.

Severe Depression: Let Wise person within you guide you: •Go to a National Park or State Park; and Feel Blessings and Wonder of Nature. •Write on the computer, or in a journal about your feelings of sadness, hurt, disappointment, guilt, shame, resentment and frustration. •Then release these feelings by speaking out aloud at your home or in a quiet and peaceful place. •See a Psychiatrist for Therapy and Medication.
