Get out of your : House, even if you are feeling depressed. Borrow someone's phone and call a friend to set up a time ; place to get together. Take a walk, go to a mall or a library. It will help to be out and about and around people. Sit in the sun on fair weather days. Go see a funny movie. Speak to a therapist.

Connect w/someone: If you are in crisis go to your emergency room. Otherwise, push yourself to go outside and walk to a park, a church, a library, be around people. Even if your phone is not working, connecting in this way can ease things. Long term help may require a psychologist or your doc. Peace and good health.
