Depends: If you are in your first trimester you should not have xrays taken i would also make sure that the anesthetic used does not have epinephrine...Otherwise i'm not sure what you are asking when ytou say how will hthe dentist do my fillings...It should be just like everyone else.

Some differences : The dentist will probably not lower you all the way back in the chair. Some ob/gyn will not let you use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and would like most treatment to be done in the 2nd trimester. Talk with your OB and dentist-both are used to working with pregnant women and it's important to keep up your checkups during this time to keep you and baby healthy.
