Know All Ur Options!: I'd say cognitive-behavioral therapy & systematic desensitization is the way to go if you seek to overcome ur social anxiety. Medications may help u with the treatment, though for u to gain control of ur social anxiety it will be important 2 b able 2 *feel*some of the associated physiological & psychological symptoms.
