No problem: Lexapro (escitalopram) has no known effect on mail fertility, however may reduce libido, sexual performance in some people.

Lexapro & pregnancy: Please let your obstetrician and your psychiatrist know. There are potential side effects to fetus with SSRI's. Most are manageable.

No problems , it may have minimal insignificant effect on sperm count but it is not significant and should not affect ability to have babies at all.
