What do you think, could medication for anxiety lift my mood?

It might: Unless you also have a mood disorder that's separate from the anxiety disorder, it might. I mean - resolving the anxiety symptoms may improve the quality of your life so that you are happier. Doing things you enjoy and getting good rest are hard to be sad about. But if you are not just unhappy for reasons that will be improved, you may still have an issue to deal with. Control the anxiety & see!
