Why might it be that the higher my blood sugar is the worse i feel?

It cannot get in: The sugar needs to get into the cell to help you. When your sugar is too high it is like your friends trying to get in the door to help you but the door is locked. You need the Insulin to 'open the door' to the cell so your body can use the sugar.
